This recipe comes out so nice, just a hint of Bourbon blends nicely with the BBQ sauce. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
2 Med Diced Onions
2 Shots Bourbon
5 lbs of Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
2 cups BBQ sauce
Procedure:
In crock pot add onions. Pour Bourbon over onions. Layer chicken over onions. Pour BBQ sauce over chicken covering them all.
Cook on low heat for 8 hours
When cooked shred chicken
Add more BBQ sauce and Bourbon to taste
Serve on Buns or Crackers
